- The hospital has delivered over 41,565 babies (3,226 in 2007).
- The hospital provides the only available long-term hospitalization for mothers with high-risk pregnancies.
- Each year, the hospital ensures nearly 400 babies achieve their fullest potential in its neo-natal intensive care unit (the only one in the region)
- In 2007, 18,750 women and children were examined through outpatient consultations.
- Referral hospital to four refugee camps operated by the United Nations Relief Works Agency.
- The ever resilient staff has never closed its doors despite violence, road closures and curfews.
- The Hospital recruits and trains native-born medical professionals; particularly providing opportunities for women in a region where there are few others.
